These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through footballtown.uk. In these terms, Football Town means the operator of the website.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Product displays on our website are invitations to place an order and are not binding offers. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send an acknowledgement email after receiving your order. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, or at the latest when the goods are delivered.

If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and refund any payment for that unavailable item without undue delay.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices shown at checkout at the time you place your order apply to that order. Payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the relevant payment provider.

We may cancel or suspend an order if payment is declined, we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity, or required verification checks cannot be completed.

4. Delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will send tracking information when it is available.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@footballtown.uk. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund where it has not yet been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, you may follow the returns process below after delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy. No restocking fee is charged.

7. Product Information

We aim to present products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device display. We may correct errors, update product information, or withdraw products where reasonably necessary.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights under consumer-protection legislation.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
