Refund policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. Please return all labels, tags, accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Please retain proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

This policy does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@footballtown.uk within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
The item or items you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos or videos where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

4. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return-postage costs unless we confirm otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us before returning the product. We will provide the appropriate solution and return instructions where a return is required.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@footballtown.uk. Please include photos or videos where requested.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will provide appropriate return-shipping instructions.

6. Refunds

Where a return is required, we will inspect the item after it is received. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Please allow up to 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item for your refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

7. No Restocking Fees

Football Town does not charge restocking fees.

8. Exchanges

If you need a different size or a replacement, contact info@footballtown.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process after delivery.

10. Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at info@footballtown.uk. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
