2. Orders and Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order, including your name, email address, delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete.

We may cancel or suspend an order where payment is declined, we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity, or required verification checks cannot be completed.

3. Contract Conclusion

3.1 The presentation of products on our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is an invitation for you to place an order.

3.2 By clicking the “Complete order” button, or equivalent wording at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your basket.

3.3 The automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. A binding contract is formed only when Football Town sends you a dispatch confirmation by email, or at the latest when the goods are delivered.

3.4 If an ordered product is unavailable while we process your order, we will inform you by email. No contract is formed for the unavailable product, and any payment received for it will be refunded without undue delay.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices shown at checkout at the time you place your order apply to that order. The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the relevant payment provider.

5. Delivery

Football Town currently delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–12 business days. Standard UK shipping is free of charge.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, high-demand periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@footballtown.uk. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our Refund and Returns Policy after delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to that policy. We do not charge restocking fees.

8. Product Information

We aim to present product information accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device. We may correct errors, update product information, or withdraw products where reasonably necessary.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
